Let's call this exercise post #458

I recognize I've been on a kick with the exercise lately, having moved from yoga to rugby and now to a spinning class with lightning speed. But the fact of the matter is that I've never felt healthier or had such a blast working out. And it's benefited my wardrobe in all sorts of ways.
I used to think that the sleeveless T-shirt was a sign of questionable fashion sensibilities, but things have changed. Hear you me, there are some awesome workout tees out there, and at least half of them lack sleeves. Rather than hanging off of you soaking with sweat, these tops are fitted, sleek and wick away water like air. Whatever kind of fabric technology this happens to be, consider me impressed.
And my shoes keep getting more eclectic, cushioned and awesome. I grabbed a new pair of Dual Fusions by Nike at Rack Room Shoes the other day, and I can't say I've felt the ground through my soles since. It's like walking on clouds. They're just as good for jogging as they are for hitting up my spinning class though, which is great for a busy schedule when my evening run takes me right to the gym.
