• Rack Room Shoes is not responsible for lost or stolen gift or merchandise credit cards.

• We accept personal checks and business checks, which are preprinted with signer’s name and address.
• No two party, payroll or counter checks are accepted.
• We require a valid photo identification (driver license, state issued ID or military ID) and phone number.
• There is a ten (10) business day waiting period for refunds on all check purchases.
• We use Certegy for check verification and collection. There is a minimum $25 (up to maximum of state) service charge for all returned checks.

Within 30 Days:

• A full refund in the original form of payment will be issued for unworn merchandise.
• Purchases paid by check must wait ten (10) business days for a cash refund.

• A merchandise exchange or a merchandise credit will be offered for unworn merchandise at the current selling price, when accompanied by the original box.

• The purchase of two pairs is what qualifies you for the discount during our “Buy One Get One” Sale. Accordingly, the discount is deducted from the refund total if either pair is returned.  The discount may be retained if an exchange is made at the time of the return.

Q: How can I become a Model for Rack Room Shoes?

A: The Models Wanted campaign is an annual program which begins in the Fall and continues until the end of the year. Potential models may pick up an application beginning in mid-September, at their local Rack Room Shoes store. Applications will be available from September until December 31, and may also be found on our website during that time period. Return all completed applications to your local Rack Room Shoes store. After December 31st, applications will no longer be accepted, as that is the time that our Models Wanted Committee begins the selection process. All we ask for is 2 photos to be submitted with your application – a head shot of you smiling, and of course, one full-length photo of you wearing Rack Room shoes. Photos should be either 3”x5” or 4”x6” and should include the applicants name, age and phone number clearly labeled on the back of each photo. Applicants under the age of 18, do require a legal guardian contact and signature. We ask that only one application be submitted per person.

Q: How will I know if I’ve been selected to be a Model?

A: Once the application deadline has passed, our Committee begins selecting models on a monthly basis, based on our upcoming promotions. Due to overwhelming response we receive each year, we are only able to contact the applicants who are selected to be part of our upcoming promotion.

Q: When and where can I submit my application to be a Model for Rack Room Shoes?

A: Models Wanted applications will be available at your local Rack Room Shoes Store, and also on our website, from September through December of each year. Completed applications should be turned in to your local Rack Room Shoes store, prior to December 31st.

Q: What kind of models are you looking for?

A: We want REAL people. We look for people of ALL ages that represent the true Rack Room Shoes customer. We love families, couples, singles and kids.
There is no particular “type” of person we look for. As long as you shop at Rack Room Shoes, this year it could be you!
